DSA Building Inspection

   
    K&L has been involved in building schools (K-12) and colleges for more than 30 years and we have been inspecting schools for DSA since 1998. We have performed over 10,000 inspections inside and outside the Kern county area. Due to the experience and knowledge our inspectors possess we are able to provide our clients with the assurance that their facilities are built to the applicable building codes and built with quality.

    Our inspectors are required to complete their duties and responsibilities in a timely manner that allows for adequate time to fix deficiencies and to continue the construction process without delay. All the while we make sure the owners are getting the end product they have paid for.

Inspectors Duties & Responsibilities.

  1. General Requirements (review of all applicable construction documents)
  2. Signify Presence at the Job site
  3. Observe Assigned Work
  4. Report Nonconforming Items
  5. Provide Timely Progress Reports
  6. Submit Final Report
