Keith is the owner and founder of K&L Inspection Service Inc. and is certified Division of the State Architect (DSA), Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD), Certified Access Specialists (CASp) consultant, Licensed "A" Engineer, B-1 General Contractor, C-8 Concrete, ACI Field Tech 1, and a volunteer for the Office of Emergency Services. He has been an inspector on numerous projects that total in excess of $250 million. whit his 32 years experience in the construction industry as a project manager and superintendent, Keith has a well-rounded and complete view of the construction industry. Coupled with his inspection and concrete experience Keith brings to any project the knowledge and experience necessary to ensure the work is in compliance with plan specifications and within the requirements of Title 24 codes and ADA regulations. Keith began his carrier in the construction industry in 1978 when he became a union carpenter and he continued his carpentry career until 1986. After becoming a skilled tradesman Keith became a superintendent and was in charge of numerous projects from 1987 to 1995. After those years spent as a superintendent Keith looked to further his carrier so he focused on becoming a certified building inspector with the Division of the State Architect and with the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development. In 1998 he became a certified inspector and soon thereafter established K&L Inspection Service. Lastly in 2010 Keith became certified by the State of California as a Certified Access Specialist. Ray Brown
Lauren brings 32 years of experience in the construction industry to K&L. He has spent time as a superintendent, foreman, and journeyman carpenter amongst other positions throughout his career. His work history includes employment with L.G. Ralls, Gannon Construction and Colombo Construction where he played a role in the completion of over $165 million work of projects. Lauren's extensive construction and framing background enables him to provide K&L as expertise in a wide-range of construction specialties. Daniel W. Reed Daniel has over 21 years of union carpentry experience and brings an expertise in the field of finish carpentry and framing to K&L. His career includes ten years as a project superintendent for Colombo Construction where he worked on a variety of projects including tilt-up construction, steel stud framing and wood framing. he has worked on over $50 million in projects throughout his career. Currently Daniel is working for K&L and is the lead project manager for Kern Community College District. Summary of Qualifications
Travis David Travis is a graduate from California State University Bakersfield with a bachelors in business management. He has been in the construction industry for two years and in those years he has become certified as a Spray-applied Fireproofing Special Inspector, Structural Masonry Special Inspector, and an ACI Field Testing Technician Grade 1. Travis is currently in training to eventually become a certified DSA inspector and a CASp consultant. Summary of Qualifications
